Building Stronger Village Education
Kelfos Foundation, Pune conducted an educational visit and survey across schools in Dharmapuri village to evaluate the current education system and identify areas for improvement. Led by Mr. Sandip Wagh along with community leaders, educators, and Gram Panchayat members, the initiative focused on understanding infrastructure, academic progress, and student needs.
Evaluating Educational Needs
The primary objective of the visit was to assess the overall educational environment in rural schools. Key areas included academic performance, infrastructure facilities, and challenges faced by students and teachers. This evaluation helps in identifying gaps and planning targeted improvements.
School Visits & Local Engagement
The team visited New English School, Zilla Parishad Kendra School, and various hamlet schools in Dharmapuri. Active participation from school authorities, teachers, local leaders, and villagers reflected strong community involvement in improving the education system.
Key Observations & Insights
Direct interactions with students and teachers provided valuable ground-level insights. Several infrastructure gaps and the need for better educational resources were identified. These findings will help in implementing effective and practical solutions.
