Educational Visit to Schools in Dharmapuri Village

On 12th July 2025, Kelfos Foundation, Pune conducted an educational survey and visit to schools in Dharmapuri village – a positive step towards strengthening education in rural areas.
The visit was attended by Adv. Sandip Wagh, Founder of Kelfos Foundation, along with Mr.Krushnat Kenjale (Dada), Mr.Pramod Bansode, Mr.Amit Masugde – Police Patil, Mr. Krushnat Katkar – Gram Member, Mr.Avinash Patole, local school principals, and teachers. In addition, youth leaders, social workers, villagers, Gram Panchayat members, and School Management Committee members participated. The team visited the key schools in the village to conduct a thorough study of the educational sector in Dharmapuri, review the current situation, and accelerate improvement processes.
Purpose of the Visit
The main objective of the visit was to ensure that students in rural areas like Dharmapuri receive quality education, facilities, and motivation. The following aspects were reviewed:
- Academic progress and student-related challenges
- Basic infrastructure – water, electricity, computers, toilets, playgrounds
- Teacher strength and working conditions
- Programs and opportunities for talented and deserving students
- Library resources and use of digital learning tools
- Need for motivational and extracurricular programs
- Direct communication with all hamlets and sub-schools

Observations & Insights
- Direct discussions were held with principals, teachers, and students in each school.
- Several basic infrastructure needs in hamlet schools are still unmet.
- Plans are underway to provide scholarships, study materials, and career guidance sessions for talented and needy students.
